Job Requirements
- At least 18 years old
- Reliable transportation with an open-bed pickup truck or vehicle hauling a trailer
- Valid driver's license and auto insurance with the applicant listed as a covered driver
- Authorized to work in the U.S. (proof required upon hire)
- Access to a smartphone with a data plan to use the company's mobile app
- Physical ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- Capability to walk long distances and climb stairs repeatedly during shifts
- Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
- Willingness to work evening shifts Sunday through Thursday
Job Qualifications
- At least 18 years old
- Valid driver's license and auto insurance
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Ability to use a smartphone and mobile apps
- Good physical condition to walk long distances and carry up to 50 pounds
- Basic understanding of safety protocols and procedures
- Previous experience in a physically active or service role preferred but not required
Job Duties
- Collect trash and recycling bags from residents' doorsteps within apartment communities
- Transport collected trash to on-site trash compactors using an open-bed pickup truck or vehicle with trailer
- Use company mobile app to log arrival, departure, tracking, and non-compliance photos
- Walk property and climb stairs to service all assigned areas
- Work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Maintain safety by using provided gloves, vests, and gear
- Communicate efficiently with supervisors and follow company policies
