Job Requirements
- Reliable transportation: open-bed pickup truck or vehicle with trailer
- Smartphone with data plan
- Physically able to walk long distances and climb stairs multiple times per shift
- Ability to work evening shifts Sunday-Thursday starting at 7:00 or 8:00 PM
- Proof of eligibility to work in the U.S.
- Ability to work outdoors in all types of weather
- Comfortable handling bagged trash and waste
Job Qualifications
- At least 18 years old
- Valid driver's license
- Auto insurance with you listed as a covered driver
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- Ability to use smartphone mobile app
- Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
Job Duties
- Collect trash and recycling bags from residents' doorsteps within apartment community
- Transport collected trash to on-site trash compactor using personal vehicle with trailer
- Use company mobile app to log service details including arrival, departure, tracking, and non-compliance photos
- Walk property and climb stairs as needed
- Work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Maintain cleanliness standards of assigned apartment community
- Follow safety protocols and use provided safety gear
