- reliable transportation with open-bed pickup truck or vehicle with trailer
- valid driver's license and auto insurance with you listed as a covered driver
- authorized to work in the U.S.
- smartphone with a data plan
- ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- walk long distances and climb stairs
- comfortable working around bagged trash and waste
- able to work outdoors in all weather conditions

Job Duties
- collect trash and recycling bags from residents' doorsteps within an apartment community and transport them to the on-site trash compactor using your truck or vehicle with trailer
- use our company's mobile app on your smartphone to log service details, including arrival, departure, tracking, and non-compliance photos
- walk the property, climb stairs, and work outdoors in various weather conditions
- maintain cleanliness and order in apartment complexes
- follow safety protocols using provided gloves, vests, and gear
- communicate effectively with team members and management
- ensure timely and efficient service during assigned shift hours
