Job Requirements
- at least 18 years old
- reliable transportation an open-bed pickup truck or vehicle with trailer
- valid driver's license and auto insurance with you listed as a covered driver
- authorized to work in the u.s. proof required upon hire
- smartphone with a data plan to use our mobile app
- able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- able to walk long distances and climb stairs several times during a shift
- comfortable working around bagged trash and waste
- able to work outdoors in all types of weather
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- experience in customer service or waste management is a plus but not required
- able to use smartphone applications proficiently
- strong physical stamina and ability to perform manual tasks consistently
- dependable with excellent time management skills
- good communication skills
- valid driver's license and clean driving record
Job Duties
- collect trash and recycling bags from residents doorsteps within an apartment community and transport them to the on-site trash compactor using your truck or vehicle with trailer
- use our company's mobile app on your smartphone to log service details including arrival departure tracking and non-compliance photos
- walk the property climb stairs and work outdoors in various weather conditions
- maintain cleanliness and ensure trash is properly collected and disposed of at designated locations
- communicate effectively with residents and property management as needed
- follow safety procedures and wear provided gloves vests and gear
- report any service issues or resident concerns promptly
