Job Requirements
- Reliable open-bed pickup truck or vehicle with trailer
- Valid driver's license and auto insurance with applicant listed as a covered driver
- Authorization to work in the U.S.
- Smartphone with a data plan to use mobile app
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- Capacity to walk long distances and climb stairs multiple times during shifts
- Comfortable working around bagged trash and in all weather conditions
Job Qualifications
- At least 18 years old
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Experience in physically active jobs preferred
- Ability to use smartphone apps effectively
- Good physical condition to handle walking and lifting up to 50 lbs
- Strong reliability and punctuality
- Basic communication skills to interact courteously with residents
Job Duties
- Collect trash and recycling bags from residents' doorsteps within apartment communities
- Transport collected waste to the on-site trash compactor using a personal open-bed pickup truck or vehicle with trailer
- Use company mobile app to log service details including arrival, departure, tracking, and non-compliance photos
- Walk the property and climb stairs during the shift
- Work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Maintain cleanliness and contribute to the community's welcoming environment
- Follow safety protocols and use provided protective gear
