Job Requirements
- Reliable transportation open bed pickup truck or vehicle with trailer
- valid drivers license and auto insurance with coverage as a driver
- authorized to work in the U S with proof upon hire
- smartphone with data plan
- ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- ability to walk long distances and climb stairs
- comfort working around bagged trash and waste
- willingness to work evening shifts Sunday through Thursday
Job Qualifications
- At least 18 years old
- experience in physically active jobs preferred
- ability to use smartphone and mobile applications
- good communication skills
- reliable and punctual
- ability to follow safety guidelines and procedures
Job Duties
- Collect trash and recycling bags from residents doorsteps
- transport trash to on site compactor using open bed pickup truck or vehicle with trailer
- use company mobile app to log service details including arrival departure tracking and non compliance photos
- walk property and climb stairs as required
- work outdoors in various weather conditions
- maintain safety practices by wearing provided gloves vests and gear
- report any issues or non compliance encountered during service
