Job Requirements
- Reliable transportation with open bed pickup truck or vehicle hauling a trailer
- Smartphone with data plan to use mobile app
- Physical ability to walk long distances and climb stairs
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- Valid driver’s license and auto insurance
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- At least 18 years old

- Auto insurance with employee listed as a covered driver
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- Ability to use smartphone and mobile applications
- Capable of lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs
- Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
Job Duties
- Collect trash and recycling bags from residents doorsteps using personal vehicle with trailer
- Transport collected trash to on site compactor within apartment communities
- Use company mobile app on smartphone to log service details including arrival departure and tracking photos
- Walk the property and climb stairs as required during the shift
- Work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Maintain safety by using provided gloves vests and gear
- Report non compliance or service issues via the mobile app
