- At least 18 years old
- Reliable transportation with an open-bed pickup truck or vehicle hauling a trailer
- Valid driver's license and auto insurance with you as a covered driver
- Authorized to work in the U.S. with proper documentation
- Smartphone with data plan for app usage
- Physical ability to lift 50 pounds, walk long distances, and climb stairs multiple times per shift
- Willingness to work evening shifts mainly from Sunday to Thursday
Job Qualifications
- At least 18 years old
- Valid driver's license with auto insurance listing you as a covered driver
- Authorized to work in the U.S. with proof upon hire
- Ability to use a smartphone with a data plan to operate the company app
- Good physical fitness to walk long distances, climb stairs, and lift up to 50 pounds
- Reliable personal transportation with an open-bed pickup truck or vehicle with trailer
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
Job Duties
- Collect trash and recycling bags from residents' doorsteps within apartment communities
- Use personal open-bed pickup truck or vehicle with trailer to transport trash to on-site compactors
- Use company mobile app to log service details including arrival, departure, tracking, and non-compliance photos
- Walk properties and climb stairs multiple times each shift
- Work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards of assigned properties
- Communicate professionally with residents and team members
