- Personal open-bed pickup truck or vehicle hauling a trailer
- Reliable transportation
- Valid driver’s license
- Auto insurance listing applicant as covered driver
- Smartphone with data plan
- Ability to lift 50 lbs
- Ability to walk long distances and climb stairs
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- At least 18 years old

- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs

Job Duties
- Collect trash and recycling bags from residents’ doorsteps within apartment communities using personal truck or vehicle with trailer
- Transport collected waste to on-site trash compactors
- Use company mobile app to log service details including arrival, departure, tracking, and non-compliance photos
- Walk property and climb stairs regularly during shifts
- Work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Maintain safety by wearing provided gloves, vests, and gear
- Communicate effectively with team and supervisors to report any issues
