Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Own a reliable open-bed pickup truck or vehicle with a trailer
- Possess a valid driver's license
- Have auto insurance listing you as a covered driver
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- Have a smartphone with a data plan
- Able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- Comfortable with physical outdoor work and waste handling

Job Duties
- Collect bagged trash from residents' doorsteps
- Transport trash to on-site dumpsters or compactors
- Walk long distances and climb stairs multiple times per shift
- Use a smartphone app for work coordination
- Maintain safety protocols by using provided gloves and safety vests
- Work night shifts from Sunday to Thursday
- Handle trash and waste in outdoor conditions
