Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- authorized to work in the U.S.
- smartphone with a data plan
- able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- comfortable walking long distances and climbing stairs
- willing to work evening shifts Sunday through Thursday
- physically and mentally tough
- able to work outdoors in all weather conditions
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous experience in waste management or manual labor roles is advantageous
- ability to use a smartphone and mobile applications
- good physical health and stamina
- ability to work independently and as part of a team
- reliable time management skills
- strong communication skills
Job Duties
- Collect bagged trash from residents' doorsteps
- transport trash to on-site dumpster or compactor
- walk property and climb stairs multiple times per shift
- work outdoors in various weather conditions
- use mobile app to manage tasks
- follow safety protocols and wear provided protective gear
- report any issues or hazards encountered during shift
