- ability to walk and climb stairs repeatedly
- comfortable with outdoor work in all weather

- able to walk long distances and climb stairs multiple times per shift

Job Duties
- Collect bagged trash from residents' doorsteps
- carry trash to on-site dumpsters or compactors
- walk the property and climb stairs nightly
- work outdoors in various weather conditions
- use mobile app to manage tasks
- follow safety protocols and use provided gear
- maintain cleanliness and safety of assigned properties
