Job Requirements
- Reliable transportation open-bed pickup truck or vehicle hauling a trailer
- valid driver's license
- auto insurance listing applicant as covered driver
- authorized to work in the U.S. with documentation
- minimum age of 18 years
- smartphone with an active data plan
- physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- ability to walk long distances and climb stairs multiple times per shift
Job Qualifications
- At least 18 years of age
- valid driver’s license
- auto insurance with you listed as a covered driver
- authorized to work in the U.S.
- ability to use a smartphone with data plan for company app
- physically able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- comfortable working outdoors and handling bagged trash and waste
- good communication skills
Job Duties
- Collect trash and recycling bags from residents doorsteps within apartment communities
- transport trash to on-site compactor using an open-bed pickup truck or vehicle with trailer
- use company mobile app to log service details such as arrival departure tracking and non-compliance photos
- walk throughout property and climb stairs regularly during shifts
- work outdoors in various weather conditions
- maintain cleanliness and order in assigned areas
- communicate effectively with team and management
