- must have a smartphone with data plan
- able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- capable of walking long distances and climbing stairs multiple times per shift
- willing to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- comfortable working around trash, odors, and waste
Job Qualifications

- valid driver's license and auto insurance preferred
- physical ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- able to walk long distances and climb stairs multiple times per shift
- comfortable working around trash, odors, and waste
Job Duties
- collect bagged trash from residents' doorsteps and take it to the on-site dumpster or compactor
- walk the property and climb stairs during each shift
- work outdoors in all weather conditions including rain, heat, and cold
- use a mobile app to manage daily tasks
- adhere to safety protocols and wear provided safety gear such as gloves and vests
- maintain a clean and safe work environment
- communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
