Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Ability to work indoors or outdoors in changing weather conditions
- Ability to lift and transport up to 50 lbs
- Ability to walk distance of property and be exposed to disagreeable odors
- Ability to climb up and down staircases/step multiple times throughout the evening
- Own a smart phone with data plan to access our mobile app
- A valid driver's license and current auto insurance in your name or listed as a driver on policy is strongly preferred
- An open bed pickup truck or vehicle with trailer is strongly preferred
Job Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Ability to work indoors or outdoors in various weather conditions
- Ability to lift and transport up to 50 pounds
- Capability to walk distances across apartment properties and tolerate exposure to disagreeable odors
- Ability to climb up and down staircases multiple times per shift
- Must own a smartphone with data plan to access the company’s mobile app
- A valid driver’s license and current auto insurance in your name or as a listed driver is strongly preferred
- Possession of an open bed pickup truck or a vehicle with trailer is strongly preferred
Job Duties
- Collect trash and recycling bags door to door within a local apartment community and dispose of items at the property trash compactor or dumpster
- Take required photos during service using company’s app including arrival, departure, tracking, and non-compliance
- Perform all driving exclusively on community property with no offsite driving or dumping
- Maintain a consistent schedule typically working five nights per week from Sunday through Thursday
- Work shifts of 2-4 hours starting at 7:00pm or 8:00pm with some variation including potentially earlier start/end times
- Adhere to safety protocols and wear provided personal protective equipment
- Communicate any service issues or non-compliance instances as required
