Job Requirements
- minimum age of 18 years
- authorized to work in the U.S.
- must have a smartphone with a data plan
- reliable vehicle with tow hitch
- valid driver's license and auto insurance listing the applicant as a covered driver
- ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- able to walk the property and perform repetitive physical tasks
- comfortable working in trash, odors, and waste
- able to work indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions

Job Duties
- perform general maintenance - blow breezeways, pressure wash, remove cobwebs, dust handrails, clean light fixtures
- use your reliable vehicle with a tow hitch to transport mini dumpsters on-site
- haul dumpsters to and from the community compactor
- clean and maintain areas around compactors and trash rooms
- pick up loose and bagged trash
- clear chute rooms, dumpster areas, and perform other assigned duties
