Job Requirements

minimum age of 18 years
proof of authorization to work in the u.s.
smartphone with data plan
reliable vehicle with tow hitch
valid driver’s license and auto insurance
able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
capable of walking the property and handling repetitive physical tasks
comfortable working around trash, odors, and waste
willing to work both indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions

Job Qualifications

must be at least 18 years old
authorized to work in the u.s. with proof required at time of hire
possess a smartphone with data plan required to use the company mobile app
reliable vehicle with tow hitch
valid driver’s license and auto insurance listing you as a covered driver

Job Duties

perform general maintenance such as blowing breezeways, pressure washing, removing cobwebs, dusting handrails, cleaning light fixtures
use a reliable vehicle with a tow hitch to transport mini dumpsters on-site
haul dumpsters to and from the community compactor
clean and maintain areas around compactors and trash rooms
pick up loose and bagged trash
clear chute rooms and dumpster areas
perform other assigned duties
