- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Ability to work indoors or outdoors in changing weather conditions
- Ability to lift and transport up to 50 lbs
- A smart phone with data plan to access the company mobile app

- Preferred qualifications include an open bed pickup truck or vehicle with trailer
- Valid driver’s license
- Current auto insurance in your name or as a listed driver on policy
Job Duties
- Collect trash and recycling bags door to door within a local apartment community and take these items to the trash compactor or dumpster on the property site
- Take required photos during service utilizing the company app including arrival, departure, tracking, and non-compliance
- Work outdoors independently in a stress-free environment
- Adhere to all safety protocols including wearing personal protective equipment
- Communicate effectively with property management and team as needed
