Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Ability to work indoors or outdoors in changing weather conditions
- Ability to lift and transport up to 50 lbs
- A smartphone with data plan to access the company mobile app

- A smartphone with a data plan to access the company mobile app
- Preferred qualifications include owning an open bed pickup truck or a vehicle with a trailer
- Valid driver’s license
- Current auto insurance in your name or listed as a driver on policy
Job Duties
- Collect trash and recycling bags door to door within a local apartment community and take these items to the trash compactor or dumpster on the property site
- Take required photos (arrival, departure, tracking, non-compliance) during service utilizing the company app
- Work 5 nights a week from Sunday through Thursday
- Operate safely within community property with no offsite driving or dumping
- Complete work shifts of 2-4 hours nightly starting at 7:00pm or 8:00pm and finishing between 10:00pm and 11:00pm
- Maintain compliance with safety guidelines including the use of personal protective equipment
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and report any issues promptly
