Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- must be at least 18 years of age
- ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- ability to work evening hours from Sunday through Thursday
- reliable transportation to get to assigned property
- smartphone with data plan
- willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- strong attention to safety and detail
- no prior experience necessary
Job Qualifications

- ability to lift and transport up to 50 lbs
- smartphone with data plan to access company app
- open bed pickup truck or vehicle with trailer preferred
- valid driver’s license preferred
- current auto insurance in your name or listed as a driver on policy preferred
Job Duties
- collect trash and recycling bags door to door within local apartment community and take items to trash compactor or dumpster on property site
- take required photos during service using company app including arrival, departure, tracking, non-compliance
- work during scheduled evening hours five nights a week from Sunday through Thursday
- maintain safety protocols and use provided personal protective equipment
- operate without offsite driving or dumping
- adhere to company procedures and timely return from work assignments
