Job Requirements

- Ability to work outdoors in changing weather conditions
- Ability to lift and transport up to 50 lbs
- Smartphone with data plan
- Ability to work evening hours, typically Sunday through Thursday
- Reliable transportation to local apartment communities
- Strong attention to detail and ability to use mobile app technology
Job Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Ability to work indoors or outdoors in changing weather conditions
- Ability to lift and transport up to 50 lbs
- A smartphone with data plan to access the companys mobile app
- Preferred: ownership of an open bed pickup truck or vehicle with trailer
- Preferred: valid drivers license
- Preferred: current auto insurance in your name or as a listed driver on policy
Job Duties
- Collect trash and recycling bags door to door within a local apartment community and take these items to the trash compactor or dumpster on the property site
- Take required photos during service utilizing the companys app including arrival, departure, tracking, and non-compliance
- Work independently outdoors in a stress-free environment
- Adhere to all safety protocols and wear required personal protective equipment
- Use provided company tools and technology for tracking and reporting
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members
- Maintain a clean and organized work area within assigned properties
