Job Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old
Own a reliable open-bed pickup truck or vehicle with a trailer
Hold a valid driver’s license and auto insurance listing the candidate as covered driver
Authorized to work in the U.S. with proof at time of hire
Have a smartphone with an active data plan
Able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
Comfortable working around trash, odors, and waste
Able to walk long distances and climb stairs frequently
Willing to work evening shifts typically Wednesday through Sunday

Job Qualifications

Minimum age of 18 years
Valid driver’s license and auto insurance covering the driver
Ability to use a smartphone with a data plan
Demonstrated physical fitness to perform manual labor
Experience in outdoor or physical jobs preferred but not required
Strong work ethic with reliability and punctuality
Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Job Duties

Collect bagged trash from residents’ doorsteps
Transport trash to on-site dumpster or compactor using own vehicle
Walk long distances on property and climb stairs multiple times per shift
Work in all weather conditions including rain and extreme temperatures
Use smartphone app to manage tasks and report
Maintain safety by wearing gloves, safety vest, and adhering to safety procedures
Deliver excellent service to ensure clean and safe communities
