Job Requirements

- Working knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures
- Dedication to doing excellent work and willingness to learn new skills and procedures

Job Duties
- Assist in the daily operations in the Coffee Bar including stocking, cleaning, and brewing coffee and preparing drinks
- Cook, prep, stock, and maintain a clean and organized kitchen food line
- Provide quality customer service to internal and external constituents
- Collect money, make change, operate cash register, and complete daily cash reports
- Perform daily startup and shutdown duties in food service areas
- Transport supplies between kitchen and cart areas
- Maintain inventory and restock supplies as needed
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in kitchen and prep areas
- Assist in supervision and training of work-study students
- Perform other tasks as assigned by supervisor
