Job Requirements
- Minimum age of 19 years
- One year dining room serving experience
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification or willingness to become certified
- Willingness to work scheduled shifts and additional shifts on weekends, holidays, and special events
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
- Authorization to work in the United States
- Positive attitude and ability to connect with residents and co-workers
Job Qualifications
- One year dining room serving experience
- Bartending experience preferred
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification or willingness to become certified
- Minimum age of 19 years
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and lead within a team environment
- Commitment to food safety and quality customer service
Job Duties
- Work independently as a lead within the dining room services
- Prepare tables for meals
- Make drink orders including alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
- Refill containers and clear dishes
- Handle food safely and attend to residents' needs
- Take phone orders
- Assist with dishwashing
- Ensure other servers complete tasks timely and appropriately
- Facilitate a pleasant dining experience for residents and guests
