- minimum age of 19 years
- one year dining room serving experience
- basic life support (BLS) certification or willingness to become certified
- authorization to work in the United States
- ability to pass background check and drug screen
- availability to work scheduled shifts
- commitment to safe food handling practices

- ability to work scheduled shifts including evenings, weekends, holidays, and special events
- strong interpersonal and communication skills
- ability to lead and coordinate dining room staff effectively
Job Duties
- work independently as a lead within dining room services
- prepare tables for meals
- make drink orders including alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
- refill containers and clear dishes
- handle food safely and attend to residents' needs
- take phone orders
- assist with washing dishes
- ensure other servers complete tasks timely and appropriately
- facilitate a pleasant dining experience for residents and guests
