Job Duties
- provide high quality guest service
- ensure guests have a positive, memorable experience
- serve guests during Tudor Room buffet lunch and brunch
- maintain standards ensuring consistent presentation, aesthetics of setting and quality of guest service
- demonstrate a high level of professionalism with a focus on providing exceptional guest service
- participate in the setup, execution, and clearing of the Tudor Room
- set up the space for regular lunch service and special events
