Job Requirements
- At least 17 years of age
- high school diploma or GED preferred
- current California food handlers card
- interest in interacting with seniors
- meets all applicable licensing and background requirements to work in a licensed RCFE
- exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- alignment with Tenfold core values: curiosity, creativity, resilience, compassion, intention and contribution
- ability to work 4pm - 7:30pm 4-5 days per week including weekends

Job Duties
- Deliver excellent dining services to residents
- ensure a compassionate and efficient dining experience in multiple venues
- support and encourage fellow dining team members
- utilize a digital POS system to take accurate food and beverage orders
- memorize menu items and daily specials
- set and clear tables and clean dining areas after every meal
- maintain cleanliness and supply of coffee and juice bar
- keep the servery and dining room meticulously clean at all times
