Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 1 year experience in food service or hospitality
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Availability to work evenings and weekends
- Must be of legal age to serve alcohol
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
- Basic math skills for handling transactions
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Willingness to learn and adapt

Job Duties
- Greet guests with a sincere welcome
- Engage in friendly conversations to cultivate regular and repeat business
- Remain present in dining areas during shift to support guest needs
- Demonstrate knowledge of menus and daily specials
- Respond to guest inquiries regarding the menu, beverage options, and entertainment
- Suggestively sell to boost sales
- Proactively address guest needs
- Respond to concerns and resolve issues with a professional, positive attitude
- Take food and beverage orders
- Input them into POS system accurately and communicate clearly with kitchen and bar
- Deliver food and beverage orders promptly, verifying accuracy and presentation
- Bus tables as needed to maintain cleanliness
- Ensure responsible alcohol service per local ordinance, alcohol awareness training, and company policies
- Request proper ID per company policy
- Adhere to cash handling policies and procedures, operate POS terminals accurately, handle payments securely, and reconcile financials at the end of the shift
- Maintain clean and orderly dining and service environments during and after service
- Follow sanitation procedures required by health regulatory agencies in both public areas and back of house
- Attend pre-shift meetings
- Perform defined opening, running, and closing duties
- Model company service basics
- Follow all corporate policies, safety and security procedures, and brand SOPs
- Promptly report accidents, facility issues, or unsafe conditions to management
- Perform other duties as assigned
