Job Requirements

- Must be fluent in English
- Must be available to work an irregular schedule
- Must be able to work extended hours due to business requirements including late nights, weekends and holidays

- Must have at least 1 years experience in a high-volume club or restaurant preferred

Job Duties
- Responsible for setting up and maintaining feast items
- Responsible for taking food and beverage orders from guests
- Demonstrates a knowledge of menu and or feast items and features
- Takes food orders if needed, making note of any special needs
- Demonstrates and follows all rules and regulations regarding alcohol service
- Keeps the work area clean and sufficiently stocked
- Secures payment for food and beverage orders
- Ends each order by sincerely thanking the guest
- Serves quality food product
- Provides outstanding customer service
- Other duties as assigned
