Job Requirements
- Be in clean designated uniform and maintain good personal hygiene
- Be able to read and follow simple instructions
- Be able to bend, reach, grasp, push and pull objects
- Be able to stand and walk for sustained periods up to three hours
- Be able to lift 50 lbs regularly and carry heavy objects for 20 feet
- Willingness to work flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Be organized and work well with team members

Job Duties
- Assist residents when placing orders from the menu
- Provide beverage service including water, iced tea, juices, milk, coffee, and tea
- Refill salt, pepper, and sugar bowls prior to and after each meal
- Report any broken equipment or tableware to supervisor
- Understand sit-down service and proper serving techniques
- Maintain cleanliness by sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming kitchen and dining areas
- Assist with tray service and follow confidentiality policies
