Job Requirements
- Be 18 years or older to serve alcohol
- Prior bartending experience
- Ability to work weekends, holidays, and special events unless approved
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Working knowledge of beer, wine, liquor, and drink recipes
- High level of honesty and integrity
- Ability to work quickly and efficiently and take direction
- Knowledge of and adherence to alcohol laws
- Basic knowledge of dining room service procedures
- Basic math skills and ability to handle money and operate POS
- Willingness to have fun

Job Duties
- Welcome and connect with every customer
- Discover customer needs and make recommendations
- Answer questions about food, beverages, and restaurant services
- Take food and beverage orders and enter into POS system
- Prepare coffee barista drinks, specialty drinks, and food orders using Turbo Chef
- Perform running side work and opening and closing duties
- Maintain clean and organized work and service areas
- Ensure guest satisfaction with beverage, food, and service
- Respond promptly and courteously to guest requests
- Prepare final bill, present check, accept payment, and process credit cards
- Offer or ask for help from team members
- Thank guests by name and invite them to return
- Hand carry a minimum of three plates
- Share in food running duties
- Be available to fill in as needed
- Have fun and maintain positive energy
