Job Duties
- have full understanding of menu, offer recommendations and be able to answer guest questions
- communicate effectively to the kitchen and bar
- recognize and resolve guest concerns while maintaining an elevated dining experience
- maintain cleanliness and organization of all work areas
- welcome guests and take food and beverage orders
- ensure guests and members are smiling through excellent service
