Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- at least 1 year of related work experience
- availability to work Friday through Tuesday evening shifts
- ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
- ability to lift, carry, push, or pull objects weighing up to 25 pounds without assistance
- ability to follow all company and safety policies
- professional and clean personal appearance
- ability to maintain confidentiality
- strong communication skills
- willingness to perform closing duties

Job Duties
- Serve food courses and alcoholic beverages to guests
- set tables according to type of event and service standards
- answer questions on menu selections
- communicate with the kitchen regarding menu questions, length of wait, re-cook orders, and product availability
- communicate additional meal requirements, allergies, dietary needs, and special requests to the kitchen
- record transactions in MICROS system at time of order
- check in with guests to ensure satisfaction with each food course and/or beverages
- maintain cleanliness of work areas, china, glass, etc., throughout the day
- complete closing duties including restocking items and turning off lights
- present physical and accurate check to guest and process payment
