- Previous serving and/or hospitality experience preferred
Job Duties
- Serve meals that are palatable and appetizing in appearance
- Serve food in accordance with established portion control procedures
- Prepare cold food items such as salad dressings, fruit trays, and fill soup cups as assigned
- Follow sanitary regulations at all times
- Provide Platinum Service with each dining experience
- Set up meal trays, food carts, and dining room with utensils, salt and pepper, napkins, and clean common areas before and after meals
- Assist in checking resident trays before distribution
- Deliver food carts and trays to designated areas
- Pour hot and cold beverages for residents and assist residents with opening containers and condiments
- Pay special attention to resident and guest needs during dining
- Prepare and deliver snacks to special events and parties
- Bus tables during and after meals
- Stock food and supplies properly and clean storage areas as directed
- Provide support to other dining rooms during events and activities
- Attend trainings and employee meetings as directed by supervisor
- Clean and follow daily cleaning tasks
