Job Requirements
- Previous food service experience is preferred
- experience working with a POS system is beneficial
- proficiency in English both written and verbal
- ability to obtain a food handler certification
- flexible to work days, evenings, weekends, including holidays
- ability to stand and walk up to 90 percent of the workday
- frequent bending, stooping, and stretching required
- ability to lift, carry, push, and hold up to 50 pounds
- successful completion of background check and drug testing

Job Duties
- Welcome and seat residents and guests in the dining area when no host is available
- guide guests through their dining experience, maintaining full knowledge of the menu and preparation methods
- follow the food and beverage sequence of service as outlined by management
- set and reset tables before, during, and after service, ensuring all silverware, glassware, and napkins are clean and polished
- clear and clean tables as needed during service to maintain a tidy environment
- assist in running food and beverages to tables, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- complete opening and closing duties including dining area setup and side work
- address spills and broken glassware or dishes immediately to maintain safety
- clean all equipment and supplies following company and health guidelines
- collaborate with management and staff to address guest needs and ensure smooth service
- maintain a positive and respectful attitude toward team members and guests
- perform additional related tasks as required by management
