Job Requirements
- Previous food service experience preferred
- Experience working with a POS system beneficial
- Proficiency in English both written and verbal required
- Food Handler certification or ability to obtain one required
- Flexible to work days evenings weekends including Saturdays and Sundays and holidays
- Ability to stand and walk for up to 90 percent of the workday
- Frequent bending stooping and stretching especially in tight spaces
- Ability to lift carry push and hold up to 50 pounds
- Successful completion of background check and drug testing

Job Duties
- Welcome and seat residents and guests in the dining area
- Guide guests through their dining experience maintaining full knowledge of the menu
- Follow the Food and Beverage sequence of service as outlined by management
- Set and reset tables ensuring all silverware and glassware are clean
- Clear and clean tables during service removing used dishes and glassware
- Assist in running food and beverages to tables ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Complete opening and closing duties including setup and breakdown of dining area
- Address spills and broken glassware immediately using floor signs to maintain safety
- Clean all equipment tools and supplies ensuring good working order
- Collaborate with management and staff to address guest needs and resolve issues
- Maintain a positive respectful and enthusiastic attitude toward team members and guests
- Perform other related tasks as required by management
