Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in food service or hospitality preferred
- ability to communicate effectively with residents, guests, and team members
- availability to work flexible part-time hours
- commitment to embodying core values of respect, kindness and compassion, honesty, and service excellence
- physical ability to stand for extended periods and perform cleaning duties

Job Duties
- serve meals to residents and be one of the smiling faces they see every single day
- provide unparalleled customer service to residents and guests
- work in the large open dining room within the community
- build positive, impactful relationships with residents and peers daily by working hard and giving your best
- clean and reset tables and chairs
- vacuum dining room carpet
- clean the salad bar area
