Job Requirements
- Must have every other weekend availability
- ability to understand and follow instructions in English
- ability to communicate effectively
- experience waiting tables in a hotel, restaurant or club with fine dining preferred
- willing to learn and receive training
- ability to work well with others and maintain courteous, tactful and patient interaction
- physical ability to stand and walk for 100 percent of the workday
- ability to lift and carry up to 20 pounds independently
- ability to push and pull carts weighing up to 50 pounds independently
- ability to bend, stoop, reach and balance frequently throughout the workday
Job Qualifications
- Ability to understand and follow instructions in English and communicate effectively
- experience waiting tables in a hotel, restaurant or club with fine dining preferred

- ability to interpret and explain menu, refer or answer questions, coordinate meal service process and understands requests
- ability to work in close cooperation with residents, guests, visitors, families, supervisor and peers

Job Duties
- Sets tables and maintains workstations in proper order
- takes orders, provides service and requested items courteously and in accordance with hospitality promises
- clears dishes from tables during and after meal periods
- answers pertinent questions about menu items
- assists in maintaining a level of customer service experience of the highest quality for residents and their guests
- assists with dishwashing and distribution of clean dishes if needed
- maintains a safe and sanitary work environment in all areas
- maintains acceptable standards of personal hygiene and compliance with dress code
- completes all assigned cleaning tasks
- attends in-service training and education sessions as assigned
- performs specific work duties and responsibilities as assigned by supervisor
