Job Requirements
- Previous food service experience is preferred
- Experience working with a POS system is beneficial
- Proficiency in English, both written and verbal, is required
- A Food Handler certification or the ability to obtain one is required
- Must be flexible to work days, evenings, weekends (including Saturdays and Sundays), and holidays as needed
- Ability to stand and walk for up to 90% of the workday
- Frequent bending, stooping, and stretching, especially in tight spaces
- Ability to lift, carry, push, and hold up to 50 pounds
- Must pass background check and drug testing

Job Duties
- Greeting and seating residents and guests in the dining area when no host is available
- Guide guests through their dining experience, maintaining full knowledge of the menu and preparation methods, and ensuring a seamless service from start to finish
- Follow the food and beverage sequence of service as outlined by the Dining Room Manager and Executive Chef, ensuring proper procedures are consistently adhered to
- Set and reset tables before, during, and after service, ensuring that all silverware, glassware, share plates, and napkins are clean and polished
- Clear and clean tables as needed during service, removing used dishes and glassware to maintain a tidy environment
- Assist in running food and beverages to tables, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Complete opening and closing duties, including setting up and breaking down the dining area and performing side work throughout the shift
- Address spills and broken glassware/dishes immediately, using floor signs when necessary to maintain safety
- Clean all equipment, tools, and supplies, and ensure that they are in good working order, following company policies and local health department guidelines
- Collaborate with management, fellow servers, and staff to address guest needs, resolve any issues, and ensure smooth service
- Maintain a positive, respectful, and enthusiastic attitude toward all team members and guests always
- Perform other related tasks as required by management
