Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- ability to communicate effectively with seniors and guests
- ability to follow health and safety regulations
- willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- successful completion of pre-hire health assessment and drug screen
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous serving experience in a food service or senior living environment is an asset
- strong communication skills
- ability to work collaboratively with a team
- commitment to providing exceptional customer service
- understanding of food safety and sanitation practices
Job Duties
- perform all duties related to serving our residents and guests
- clean the dining/kitchen areas
- communicate regularly with residents and guests, responding to their needs in a positive and timely manner
- monitor food quality and quantity for accuracy
- maintain safe and sanitary work habits while handling food and operating equipment in accordance with WesleyLife policies and procedures
