Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in a food service or hospitality role preferred
- ability to work flexible part-time hours with no late nights
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to perform physical tasks such as standing for long periods and lifting moderate weights
- strong customer service orientation
- willingness to embody company core values of respect, kindness, compassion, honesty, and service excellence

Job Duties
- Serve meals to residents and be one of the smiling faces they see every single day
- provide unparalleled customer service to residents and their guests
- work in a large open dining room within a breathtaking community
- build positive, impactful relationships with residents and peers
- clean and reset tables and chairs
- vacuum dining room carpet
- clean the salad bar area
