Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in food service or hospitality preferred
- Ability to work flexible part-time schedule with no late nights
- Strong communication skills
- Physical ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Commitment to upholding core values of respect, kindness, compassion, honesty, and service excellence

Job Duties
- Serve meals to residents and guests with a friendly demeanor
- Provide unparalleled customer service
- Work in a large open dining room within a resort-style community
- Build positive, impactful relationships with residents and peers
- Clean and reset tables and chairs
- Vacuum dining room carpet
- Clean salad bar area
- Live by core values of respect, kindness, compassion, honesty, and service excellence
