Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to perform physical tasks related to food serving and cleaning
- Experience in food service or hospitality preferred
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally
- Willingness to comply with health and safety regulations
- Ability to pass pre-hire health assessment and drug screen
- Legal authorization to work in the United States
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Experience in a customer service or food service role is an asset
- Ability to communicate effectively with residents, guests, and team members
- Demonstrated commitment to maintaining clean and safe work environments
- Strong interpersonal skills with a positive attitude
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently
Job Duties
- Perform all duties related to serving residents and guests
- Clean the dining and kitchen areas
- Communicate regularly with residents and guests, responding to their needs in a positive and timely manner
- Monitor food quality and quantity for accuracy
- Maintain safe and sanitary work habits while handling food and operating equipment in accordance with WesleyLife policies and procedures
