Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
previous experience in food service or hospitality preferred
excellent interpersonal and communication skills
availability for flexible part-time scheduling
ability to stand for extended periods during shifts
strong work ethic and positive attitude

Job Qualifications

Ability to respond to guests in a positive and considerate manner
naturally build positive relationships with others
eagerness to learn and grow in the food service industry
experience working in team environments, ideally in culinary or serving settings
commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards

Job Duties

Pre-setting tables
taking entrée orders
serving meals
pouring coffee
bussing tables
cleaning and resetting tables and chairs
vacuuming dining room carpet
cleaning the salad bar area
providing exceptional customer service
building positive relationships with residents and peers
