Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- 6 months to 1-year customer service experience
- Must have a valid driver’s license
- Able to work various hours including weekends, holidays, and overtime
- Must be able to communicate effectively and courteously to customers
- Must be neatly groomed and have a professional appearance
- Must be able to work outdoors and stand for long periods of time

Job Duties
- Check customers as they leave the Hertz property to ensure vehicle and rental contract numbers match
- Direct traffic at the lot exit
- Scan vehicle numbers into a handheld computer
- Interact with customers in a polite and professional manner
- Work outdoors in all weather elements
- Stand for long periods of time
- Assist with other security-related tasks as assigned
