Job Requirements
- Previous customer service experience
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
- Must meet applicable licensing requirements for security officers
- Ability to work the 3rd shift
- Physical ability to perform duties including standing, walking and lifting
- Dependability and attention to detail
- Must be at least 18 years old
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous customer service experience
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic physical fitness to meet job demands
- Willingness to comply with state, county and municipal licensing requirements
- Ability to work 3rd shift hours
Job Duties
- Observe and report activities and incidents at assigned client sites
- Provide security and safety for client property and personnel
- Perform frequent sitting, standing and walking, including climbing stairs and navigating uneven terrain
- Lift and move items up to 10 pounds frequently and up to 25 pounds occasionally
- Enforce regulations and directives related to personnel, visitors and site safety
- Provide customer service and information to clients and visitors
- Maintain order and a professional presence at client locations
