Job Requirements
- High school diploma or certificate of high school equivalency
- Two to three years related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Commercial Pilot Certificate before SIC duties
- Appropriate category, class, and instrument ratings
- Minimum of 450 hours of flight experience
- Fluency in English including speaking, understanding, reading, and writing
- Physical ability to perform simulator control functions
- Ability to work in varying environmental conditions
- Willingness to comply with FlightSafety International's Quality Management Systems
- Ability to communicate professionally and adapt to dynamic schedules
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Commercial Pilot Certificate with appropriate category, class, and instrument ratings
- Minimum of 450 flight hours
- Fluency in English with strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent cockpit communication skills
- Ability to interact professionally with customers
- Ability to adapt to changing schedules and high-pressure environments
Job Duties
- Act as second-in-command for clients training in multi-crew aircraft without a flying partner
- Maintain SIC pilot qualification according to assigned program requirements
- Comply with FlightSafety International's Quality Management Systems processes and procedures
- Keep all certificates, ratings, and designations current to perform SIC duties
- Act as SIC in various aircraft types for Part 142, Part 135, and non-FAA clients as needed
