Job Requirements
- Intermittent temp -ulgc
- ability to work flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- adherence to sanitation and safety regulations
- physical ability to perform kitchen duties

Job Qualifications
- College degree in culinary science, foodservice systems administration or management, hotel or restaurant management desirable
- prior experience in food preparation preferred
- knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- strong attention to detail and teamwork skills
Job Duties
- Prepare and serve all food items following established portions and presentation standards
- set up service units and prep cook station with needed items
- maintain and break down as needed
- ensure assigned work areas and equipment are clean and sanitary according to company and health regulations
- maintain a neat professional appearance and observe personal cleanliness and sanitation standards
- requisition items needed to produce menu items
- cover, date, and neatly store all reusable leftover products
- assist with inventory control, receipt of goods, and counts
- ensure operations comply with all state and federal laws related to food and beverage sanitation, alcohol, tobacco, and ADA requirements
