Job Requirements

  • Intermittent temp -ulgc
  • ability to work flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • adherence to sanitation and safety regulations
  • physical ability to perform kitchen duties

Job Qualifications

  • College degree in culinary science, foodservice systems administration or management, hotel or restaurant management desirable
  • prior experience in food preparation preferred
  • knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
  • ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • strong attention to detail and teamwork skills

Job Duties

  • Prepare and serve all food items following established portions and presentation standards
  • set up service units and prep cook station with needed items
  • maintain and break down as needed
  • ensure assigned work areas and equipment are clean and sanitary according to company and health regulations
  • maintain a neat professional appearance and observe personal cleanliness and sanitation standards
  • requisition items needed to produce menu items
  • cover, date, and neatly store all reusable leftover products
  • assist with inventory control, receipt of goods, and counts
  • ensure operations comply with all state and federal laws related to food and beverage sanitation, alcohol, tobacco, and ADA requirements
