Job Duties
- clean resort units including bedrooms kitchens bathrooms and living rooms
- maintain resort quality and housekeeping standards
- vacuum dust and sanitize bathrooms kitchens and lobbies
- make beds and replenish supplies such as kitchenware and toiletries
- sort count fold mark or carry linens
- maintain positive customer and associate relationships
- respond to guest inquiries and handle guest issues to resolution
