Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- Able to pass a criminal background check
- Able to pass pre-employment drug screen
- Availability to work Saturdays from 10 AM to 6 PM
Job Qualifications
- Previous reception or call-center experience preferred
- Previous automotive experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Friendly and professional demeanor
- Basic computer proficiency
Job Duties
- Answering and directing inbound calls
- Assisting in-store customers with service, sales, or parts depending on their needs
- Assisting as needed in other various departments
- Maintaining a welcoming and professional reception area
- Managing appointment scheduling and customer inquiries
- Providing support to multiple dealership departments
- Ensuring excellent phone etiquette and customer service
